We proudly offer an exclusive Lux Dental Membership Plan for our patients. Membership includes routine preventive care at no extra cost with significant savings on additional services you may need. Our plan has no waiting periods, pre-existing condition limitations, or annual minimums. Get the care you need without the hassles of insurance!
Available Plans:
- Adults (ages 19 and above) – $349 per year
- Teens (ages 13 – 18) – $299 per year
- Children (up to age 12) – $220 per year

*If patient fails to schedule their 2 cleanings during the contract period, this service will be forfeited. There is no carry-over period. If patient fails to show for their scheduled cleaning appointment without proper notice, this service will be forfeited. Please note 2 business days are required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Our In House Dental Plans are not an insurance plan, it has been designed to provide a way for our patients to obtain the dental care they need at an affordable rate. The plans are: Standalone coverage, not to be combined with insurance benefits; cannot be used in a worker’s compensation treatment plan; is for use in treatments that lie within our realm of expertise. Cannot be used for treatment with another dentist to whom we refer. There are no refunds for paid premiums, even if the plan benefits are not utilized during the participation period.
